Disable AI button for non premium users

Is there no way to disable the new "AI" button in the query issues view?

I mean this is kind of a marketing instrument, so me as admin would be fine to be presented by this, but the regular user is just bothered by stuff he will not be able to use, because its a premium feature only. Which we will not get at all.

I'm afraid it is not possible. Like you mentioned - this is a marketing tool to sell you new features included to higher/more expensive plans.

Is there a ticket specifically for this like there is for the same ad in Confluence?

Atlassian products are turning into adware and annoying their users just enough to potentially push them away but hopefully not enough for them to actually jump ship.  And these are already paid products.
