Direct new users to a Jira tutorial automatically at first log in

Hi 

Is it possible to direct a new jira user to take a walk through / beginners tutorial at their first log in? The reason for this is that I want to make sure that each new user has received all information and knowledge of how to work in jira and what functionalities there are. And also make sure they have set our common dashboard as favorite and knows what filters there are and so on.

Hi yes I think it's something like this that i'm after. But I don't really understand how i enable it / how I use it.
