Hello,
I have a Jira Software Team Managed project. Currently the workflow / statuses for the task and subtask are the same:
Collect Information --> Ready For Review --> Approved or Approved - With Issues --> Annual Review
We also have Overdue and Rejected statuses.
Is it possible to create a different workflow for the task and the subtask?
My team is in the process of revamping the project's process. The new workflow will be as such:
For the task
Start --> Collect Information --> Valid - PreGoLive Done --> Valid - PostGoLive Done --> Valid - Pending Refresh --> Valid - Refresh Done --> End
For the subtask
Collect Information --> Ready For Review --> Approved or Approved - With Issues
Please advise if this is possible and the steps to do so. I appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Good day. Go to project settings >> Issuetypes and select "Task". Edit the workflow and make necessary changes to the status name and workflow, when you select the workflow, you will get a list of issue types on which you want to apply these workflow changes. Make sure to select only "Task" and save it. Later go to Sub-task issue type >> workflow make the changes and save it only for the Sub-task issue type.
