Different results with Sprint End Dates

I created future sprints for my ART and am seeing different end dates being applied.

Sprint set with 2 week duration, 9/14 12:00 AM start and 9/28 12:00 AM finish

On backlog view it shows as 14 Sep - 28 Sep

Another Sprint set also with 2 week duration, 10/26 12:00 AM start and 11/09 12:00 AM finish

On backlog view it shows as 26 Oct - 8 Nov

Trying to understand why 2 sprints set up the same way are having different results in showing the end date of the sprint.  The second sprint is actually correct because a 2-week sprint that starts on 10/26 will end on 11/08 (not 11/09).

Please advise on why this is not displaying consistently across all sprints that are all set up as 2-week duration.  This is only 2 examples....the inconsistency is so random.
