Different product billing cycle

Hi 
As part of the financial preparation we're looking to undertand how adding different products or add-ons affect our billing.
Assuming We have an annual Jira subscription that renews on 31.12

1. Adding annual confluence on 01.06: Would it be prorated or opens a new yearly billing cycle for both products ?

2. adding multiple a yearly dd ons throughout the year. Each add-on is prorated to the same end date? or I'd have different billing cycle for all

Purchasing different products (aka Jira & Confluence) will open up new yearly billing cycles (assuming the purchase of an annual subscription of course).

In order to co-term the products together, you would most likely need to work with an Atlassian partner or reseller (like ourselves).

"will open up new yearly billing cycles" - is that for both of the products ? i.e changing my exiting product cycle as well ?

Also, do you know about #2?
