When you change the email through id.atlassian.com you will receive a confirmation on your old email, in this case, picasso@ajobthing.my to confirm that you want to change the email.
Can you please check if you received an email on jobthing.my?

I've checked Sparkpost and Sendgrid and it shows that for picasso@ajobthing.com there was a bounce, so I've removed and now you should be able to receive the email, please just go to id.atlassian.com and check if it shows the option to "Resend email".
For ricky@ajobthing.com it does not show any bounce or block, can you please ask him to go to id.atlassian.com and try to resend the email too? Also, please ask him to check in the spam folder. The subject of the email should be "Email address change request".

I've removed this bounce and now the user should receive the invitation.
