Did Jira revoke the ability to archive components?

I'm a site admin and am trying to archive components. I found this documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/archiving-a-component-968669976.html but don't see the archive option anymore. Did Jira remove this capability?

The document you are referencing is the the JIRA Server and Data Center products, not the JIRA Cloud product. You can tell by which button is clicked in the upper right side.

This feature is not available for JIRA Cloud, as per this enhancement request that has not been completed:
