Development feild locked for Bsiness space

Is there any way to unlock the 'Development' field for a Business-space company managed project ?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you talking about adding the Development panel, available in Software spaces, to a Business space? If so, that is not possible. That feature is available exclusively in the Software spaces.

There is an open change request for that, to which you can add your vote.
