Development Section is not appearing in the Jira issue,why is it So?

Do you mean in an Issue? Or on a Board/Project view?

Is this a Team-managed or Company-managed Project?

For Company-managed, for the Issue view, I would check...

• Permissions: Your user has the appropriate permissions to view development information - this is the permission View Development Tools
• Issue Layout: Ensure the Development panel is not hidden. You might also want to ensure it's on the Screen also

For the Project/Board view, I would check...

• Features: In Project Settings > Features, ensure the Development features are toggled ON

For Team-managed, checking the Project/Board view settings should be sufficient
