Development/Releases Present in Issue but Disabled in Features

I have a project where all of the Development (Code, Security, Releases) Features are disabled in the project settings but the fields are present within the issue still. I tried other workarounds (updating roles/permissions) but alas no change.

Project is team-managed, software project. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Hey @Nick Miller , Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

According this same discussion in another topic answered by Atlassian Team, is not possible to remove these fields for team-managed projects because they are projects where we don't have the ability to edit permissions.
