At my organization we are exploring using JIRA/Confluence to manage projects.
One of our desires is to create a list of projects being worked on. We have attempted to do this a few times but the list quickly becomes outdated and folks end up having to do twice the work to document progress in different places.
I would like to know if anyone has found a way to organize projects into a list that updates automatically.
My idea is that you have a status page that you can update and you could utilize a macro or something like that to pull the data from that page into a tabular format...
I am looking to get some idea of how other folks have managed a project list and recommendations for how best to do that
