Developer "quick glance" for RTM Transitions

We use Jira and RTM Test Management in that if a developer creates a Jira ticket for a change that needs testing, I'll then create a Test Case and Test Execution in RTM. I can of course link those to the original development JIRA ticket which is fine, but what the developers want to be able to do is to click on their ticket and see if it's Passed, Failed, Blocked, To Do or In Progress in RTM as a quick glance. They do not want to have to go into RTM and look at things there, but very simply to see via their single original ticket how it's progressing in RTM as far as the test as gone. I have tried a few different automation options but for me the snag is that RTM uses different statuses to Jira, for example RTM uses Pass, but Jira will use Closed or Done. 

Can anyone think of anything I can do here? I am limited in terms of what I can add because of it being locked down by admin rights etc, so suggestions that are made may or may not be workable.
