Develop a plugin for jira Scrum

Hello everyone!

I'm interested in developing a jira plugin in order to be used in a Scrum Project. I have followed the atlassian plugin development tutorial and I have managed to get things running in a development enviroment.

However, the development version of Jira is only allowing me to create "business" projects and not software projects, where scrum option should be available. I really need the Scrum project, otherwise I won't ve able to create the plugin.

What else should I do? Should I request for a test version or Install one specific plugin?
