How are clusters, issues, and rolling averages being calculated and displayed in the control chart. I've read through the documentation that Atlassian provided but it seems to be lacking some key details. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello @william_nguyen

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The Control chart of the Jira application is calculated based on the time the issue remained in each status you select to be displayed in the chart. Based on that data, the control chart will display the Cycle Time (or Lead Time) of your issues and give you an overall view of where your team has spent more time and what capacity and time estimation you can expect posteriorly.

I'm not sure what is the documentation you have checked, but I believe the following one has all the details you need to know about the Control Chart:

View and understand the control chart

Additionally, feel free to provide us with the scenario you want to display using this report so we provide you more context and help you achieve it.
