Are there any detailed logs that I can review fir JIRA cloud? In JIRA server I could extract very detailed logs to review errors from the Troubleshooting and Support Tools. I am, seemingly, unable to view any such logs while using JIRA cloud. The logging that I can see seems to be set to a minimum (just showing logins). Am I missing something?
Hopefully someone out there has this same concern.

Hi Mike,
No, there's nothing of any depth in the logging. Detailed logs on server are intended for system administrators, not end-users of the service. We're the end-users on a Cloud subcriptions, only Atlassian are system admins.
Hi, I know this question is closed, but: As Site (system) Admin I don't get detailed logs? Why? We have many problems with pdf export and want to look into detailed logs (which Atlassian even references in the error description) but can't?

Are you referring to the Audit Log? It can be found in the Troubleshooting and Support section of the System settings. It also can "show more" info on each event. Hope this helps!
