Description is not populating from slack workflow integration

Hi Folks, 

I've integrated slack workflow to create jira tickets automatically via slack. Except Title and assignee, nothing is being populated in the ticket while creating a ticket via slack workflow. Can anyone suggest why is it happening ?

Hey @Manish Chaudhary ,

This could be happening because of two reasions:

1.Issue with the newline character - when you try to separate two values in Description use \\n instead of using the Enter

2.Your form fields might be long as well which might cause the integration to fail

3. Check your Slack workflow (workflow builder)

If none of this is working, raise a support ticket to Slack, since this is the issue from the Slack side.
