Description context and issue collector

In  project that used IssueCollector, if i add a context to Description field, the text is duplicated in the issue collector view (One as Text is editable , The other as wiki render is not editable)

could you please share the version of Jira you are using? This sounds like a bug to me and might be reported to Atlassian directly instead of this forum. 

From the configuration perspective, it seems to be a valid configuration and I cannot see any hint for using the field context in the HTML/JS logic.

could you please share how you have created the Issue Collector? Usually the collector is some kind of HTML and JavaScript where all that information is used.

Maybe this can show why this happens.

Also, could you share the version of Jira you are using and where you embed the Issue Collector?

we use Jira v10.3.8
and we use the  issue collector in JSM
