Before the UI updates this week, board cards showed a cloud icon that would indicate an issue had been deployed via a connected CI/CD pipeline, which is distinct from just being in "Done" status. It has since been replaced with a checkmark indicating the "Work item is completed".
The cloud/deployment icon on board cards was genuinely useful. You could scan the board and instantly know what was live in staging and production without clicking into each ticket. Replacing it with a "work item completed" checkmark is redundant noise that adds nothing while removing something meaningful.
Can we get this feature back?
Hello @Space L
If deployment data remains visible in the issue panel, report it to Atlassian Support with screenshots and your CI/CD provider details for investigation.
We can guess here, but you know with rollout updates, it's much easier for Atlassian Support to easily identify the reason. We don't have such possibilities besides experience.
Best,
Arek 🤠
Hi, will definitely will report this to Atlassian Support with some documentation! Atlassian Support is actually what I was looking for, but the Jira AI agent sent me to the Q&A Forums instead and I couldn't find a clear path to creating a support request. 😅 Thanks for the link!

Ability to write tickets on a payes subscription depends on your role inside Jira. If you are unable, that should probably be done by your admin.
