Deploying Jira Plugin for Outlook Official

Good Day, 

I am trying to deploy the Jira Cloud for Outlook (Official) within our tenant.  Please can you confirm the following:

1. Can you install only the Outlook plugin?

2. Does the plugin still work for Microsoft 365?

3. Is the plugin available in the Microsoft Store?

Please if you can provide me some insight as I have pushed the Jira Cloud for Outlook via Integrated apps, but I still cannot see the plugin in Outlook.  I did not install the Teams or Excel option for this plugin.  Is this required?

Can you please elaborate little bit more about "deploy" Jira Cloud for Outlook. Did you develop a plugin?

Or are you trying to install the App from the Atlassian Marketplace?
