Demande d'assistance pour l'ajout de l'option Priorités dans Jira

Chers membres de l'équipe technique de Jira,
J'espère que vous allez bien. Je me permets de vous contacter en tant qu'utilisateur de Jira avec un abonnement pour moins de 10 utilisateurs.
Cependant, j'ai rencontré un problème que je n'arrive pas à résoudre par moi-même. Je souhaite ajouter l'option "Priorités" à mes fiches Jira, mais je ne trouve pas la procédure exacte pour le faire. J'ai parcouru la documentation disponible, mais je n'ai pas pu trouver de solution à mon problème.
Je suis convaincu que l'ajout de cette option sera bénéfique pour notre gestion de projet, et je suis impatient de l'utiliser pour hiérarchiser nos tâches de manière plus efficace.
Serait-il possible que vous m'expliquiez la procédure à suivre pour activer l'option "Priorités" sur mes fiches Jira ?

La priorité est un champ que vous pouvez utiliser dans vos tickets Jira.

Il existe plusieurs raisons pour lesquelles le champ Priorité peut ne pas s'afficher.

Premièrement, il peut ne pas être affiché s'il n'a aucune valeur et que la configuration est définie pour masquer le champ lorsqu'il est vide.

Pour savoir si tel est le cas, consultez l'un de vos problèmes. Développez l'option « Plus de champs » dans la partie inférieure droite de l'affichage du problème. Le champ Priorité est-il affiché ici ?

S'il n'y est pas, le champ n'est peut-être pas disponible actuellement dans votre projet.

Ou, s'il est là, mais que vous ne le voyez pas lorsque vous créez un nouveau problème, vous devez alors vous assurer qu'il est inclus dans la présentation de votre problème. Les étapes exactes à suivre dépendent du type de projet que vous utilisez.

Accédez à l'écran « Afficher tous les projets » dans le menu Projets et recherchez votre projet. Qu'est-ce qui est affiché dans la colonne Type ?

Priority is a field that you can use in your Jira issues.

There are multiple reasons why the Priority field may not be displayed.

First, it may not be displayed if it has no value and the configuration is set to hide the field when it is empty.

To find out if this is the case, view one of your issues. Expand the "More fields" option in the lower right section of the issue display. Is the Priority field shown there?

If it is not there, the field may not be available in your project currently.

Or, if it is there, but you don't see it when you Create a new Issue, then you need to make sure it is included in your Issue Layout. The exact steps for doing that depend on the type of project you are using.

Go to the "View all projects" screen under the Projects menu and find your project. What is displayed in the Type column there?

Support request for adding the Priorities option in Jira

Dear Jira Technical Team Members,
I hope you're doing well. I would like to contact you as a Jira user with a subscription for less than 10 users.
However, I have encountered a problem that I cannot resolve on my own. I want to add the "Priorities" option to my Jira sheets, but I can't find the exact procedure to do so. I looked through the available documentation, but I couldn't find a solution to my problem.
I'm confident that adding this option will benefit our project management, and I look forward to using it to prioritize our tasks more efficiently.
Would it be possible for you to explain to me the procedure to follow to activate the "Priorities" option on my Jira sheets?
