Hello together
What permissions do I have to give as an administrator to a user that he can independently delete incorrect entry in the Kanban board.

Hi @Adi Hospenthal and welcome to the community!

I would strongly advise you NOT to grant any delete issues permission. Once an issue is deleted, you can't restore it. It's gone forever.

Instead, I would advice you to advice your users to simply close/resolve the issues. You can even place a resolution value for that matter, so as to know how many issues are mistakenly opened.

Hi Adi - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should rarely delete issues in Jira, if at all. We have additional statuses in each of our workflows for Discarded or Canceled or Aborted or Abandoned or something like one of those. Then we set the Resolution field to Obsolete with a post function in the transition to each status.

what do you mean by "incorrect entry". Do you want to allow them to delete issue? Assuming so let me first offer that giving delete issues permission is generally a bad idea. That said Delete permissions can be given via project settings > permissions > Delete Issues
