Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
As long as you have the right permissions, simply browse to the issue and then press . followed by D, this will give you the delete menu. If, for some reason your keyboard shortuts are not working, then the Delete is under More Actions. 
If you are in the issue navigator, then you simply click on the cog icon on the right of the issue, as shown below:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
