Deleting an erroneously created site

A member of staff managed to create a site, which I am chasing my tail trying to delete. In the admin site, it's saying "

• Remove platform apps and Rovo

  Contact Support to request removal of platform apps and Rovo.

  Contact Support"How do I contact support, when there are no options for this action ????

For Premium Users

• Go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

• Log in with the Org Admin account associated with the Premium plan to ensure high-priority routing.

• Request: "I am an Org Admin on a Premium plan. I need a manual backend removal of Rovo/Platform Apps for site [URL] so I can proceed with deleting the organization."

States explicitly: "You can’t directly cancel certain apps, like Rovo... you need to contact Atlassian support to request removal."
