Deleted tickets from Jira databse

I deleted the 80 tickets assigned to me from jira databse using pkey. But the tickets are still showing in my dashboard and can't be removed from there because reference db entry delted. Can any one sugust me how can i remove that tickets which are showing open issues on my name.

Argh. NEVER change a Jira database while it's running.

I'd be strongly tempted to go back to a backup, because there's a very good chance you've got the deletion wrong.

If you do use SQL on a Jira database, you MUST

  • Stop Jira
  • Back it up
  • Test the backup is valid
  • Run your SQL
  • Restart Jira
  • Re-index it

The best you can do at the moment is re-index it and hope you've got the SQL right enough that you haven't done too much damage. But hang on to the most recent backup - you might need it.

I'm not kidding about this - you can make such a mess of Jira with SQL. Seriously. Don't do it.
