Delete user with free jira trial

Hi everyone, 

I am new to Jira.I am on the free trial and trying to delete a user.But is pointing me to admin account in Atlassin.when I go to Atlassian admin it says I need to verify domain nd things get technical.Also says I need to “ask m admin” thought I was admin🤷🏽

I have no idea what to do or how Jira and  Atlassian work together.

would be so grateful for an explanation or help on how to delete a user in the trial version of jira.

hi Kimberly,

First maybe all you need to do is deactivate a user rather than delete them? In any event to either deactivate or delete you can do this under the admin section user management. Once there you can search for the user view details and disable them or delete them. Is this where you are trying to delete the user?
