Delete jira software site

I have 2 jira software sites. The first one was for testing purposes and i want to delete it permanently. Is it possible? I can not find this option in settings.

The second question: Is there a way to change my second site url? I want to take first site url after deletion.

Answer accepted

You will need to contact Atlassian Support to do this. It will eventually disappear if it is a paid version and you cease paying.
