Delete a denied access request permanetly, so a new user can use this email address

Hello,

I have a coworker already registered in JIRA with an email address (A). He also required access with another email address (B). I denied this new request.

I want him to use email address (B) with the current account. He can't change it, because the system says, the email is already in use.

How do I solve that?

I'm a little confused - solve what?

Your user is using an email address B which you've allowed into your Cloud system.  What is the problem with that?

Sorry for the confusion.

My problem is, that I denied the new registration of the user with email address B. And now the existing (with all it's issue history I want to keep) user can't change A to B because of the denial.

The "denial" is not recorded or logged, it's not blocking anything.  All you have to do is let B in again - re-add them to the system.

correct. Or delete B and work with A.
