Delete Jira Software from organisation

Hi I'm trying to delete Jira Software from my account, but I'm only able to cancel it. I have the delete button click it, type "CANCEL" says its cancelled, I can use it till July 16. I then try to delete the organisation and it says I have products that I need to delete?

So my question is how can I get rid of Jira Software so I can delete the organisation?

The first one I created was essentially a test ground so need to get rid of this one, new name, new url, new site etc.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

As noted in this article it takes some time for Atlassian to process the cancellation request and remove the product from your site/organization. You are not able to force an immediate deletion.

You will have to wait for Atlassian to complete the process of cancelling your subscription and removing the product.
