Hi All,
I'm curious, is it possible to disable or delete custom project templates in Jira Cloud? I'm not seeing an option, but since it's relatively new, I might be missing something.
Thanks,
Norm
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You are correct, currently there is no option to delete custom project templates. I looked at the API for it and it doesn't have a delete endpoint either. I only found these two suggestions in JAC, JRACLOUD-94686 and JRACLOUD-94684 , but non of them mention delete. I would go ahead and contact support to see if such suggestion exist or they can create one for you.
Greate question @Norman Jr. Moore and thanks @Mikael Sandberg for your feedback. I have two additional questions. Can Atlassian support delete Custom project templates for customers? If not, is there a way to rename a Custom project template until the option to delete is made available?

Figured it out... Go to the Jira space being used for template... click on the 3 dots by the Space name and select "Delete Template". As a result, the project sync will be removed, and the Template will be deleted.
