Delegate user automation by using script runner

Hi,

I am planning to create automation where user can request for their backup during vacations.

Script runner have built in script to switch user for admins.

My question is , is there any possibility i can use switch user script so i can play with it so i can crate  a fragment for users to switch to another user for which they got approval.
