Recently we are having a delay in user mention drop down list. Is anyone else having this problem? It seems like is resolves itself eventually, but I have received a large amount of "user requests" because individuals think they are typing the name and it will show in the list and populate but it doesn't. HELP

I have not seen or heard this, also Atlassian Status page shows no current issues.
So it might be an instance related issue, my advice is to submit a support request at Atlassian.
