When notifications are sent to a user via email. It is coming in as USERNAME<support@domain.com> this is confusing the user as they are thinking that the email is coming from the actual *USERNAME* and replying to the mail as such.
Can anyone tell me where this is defined and how I go about changing it?

@Lee Dunsmoor - This is done on the mail client side. When the e-mail is sent out, it is just sent with support@domain.com. Some mail clients will resolve it, using some username but underneath it is support@domain.com.
