Defining custom fields in create multiple sub-task templates

I'm trying to define a customer field that is two words in the create multiple sub-task templates

This template works for defined fields.   

- @{summary} - GA Announcement / issueType:"Milestone"

I can't figure out how to list my custom fields to do the same thing.  Neither of these formats work for Milestone Status and Target Date

- @{summary} - Test 2 / issueType:"Milestone" / "Milestone Status":"Green" / "Target Date":"10/Oct/21"

 @@{summary} - Test 3 / issueType:"Milestone" / cf[13863]:"Green" / Target Date:"10/Oct/21"

Any suggestions?
