Define default text to pre-fill in Bug issue type creation modal

I have a Company-managed software project in Jira and I wanted to add a Bug Report Template text for when our Support users are in the Create issue modal for a Bug issue type.

I tried it a few times and I cannot seem to make it work.

Can you please provide me with the step by step guide on how to do it?
