Default queue

Hey!

Say, right now all the newly created issues are routed to queue named A, but I want them to start routing to queue B instead. How do I do that?

Welcome to the community.

Edit you queues and look at the filter that is used in the queue. All queues are based on a filter (basic or by JQL).

So there is no default queue in a system, it depends on the filter setting that are used in the queue.
