Hello,

I have a problem with priority schemes that so far I was unable to solve:

For my project I created a new priority scheme where I defined the lowest priority (Prio 3) as the default value:

However, when I now create a new issue inside my project, Prio 2 is still selected by default, but it uses the icon of Prio 3:

When I open the priority dropdown, I also only have the option to switch it to Prio 1 or 3:

The aim would be to show Prio 3 on ticket creation with the correct icon and text. Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This looks like your project is using a different priority scheme to the one you have shown in the screenshot.

Could you check which scheme your project is set to use?

Thanks for the welcome!

My project ATC PM should use the scheme I've created as far as I can tell:

However when I then create a ticket for my project from within the backlog, the issue mentioned above happens:

I'm stuck on this, it looks like everything is right.

All I can think of is that there might be a cache issue with your browser, sp I would try closing it and clearing the caches.

Re-test it, and if it's still failing, then I think this needs to go to Atlassian for support.
