Just want to confirm, has there been an update for JIRA cloud last night? I notice that the status for the default Software Simplified Workflow Scheme have changed, specifically:
To Do -> Create Ticket
In Progress -> In Progress
Done -> Closed - Mitigated
1. Just want to confirm that is normal, and not my own mistake (still learning here).
2. Any suggestion on how to receive the latest change of the cloud application?

Hello Christopher,
The workflow should not have changed anything on an update, so that looks like a manual change.
I would recommend looking at the Audit Log first as workflow changes will be listed there, and you can see if the workflow was modified at that time, however a change to the name of a status would not be listed here (As covered in this feature request), so you would only see that a change occurred if a new status was added to the workflow and the workflow was published, if the status was re-named under Jira Settings > Issues > Statuses then the audit entry would not be listed.
So a secondary check is go to the statuses and see if the status was renamed in this location or if both the old and new statuses exist. If the Statuses were renamed, just edit the status and change the name back to the original values. This will update the status globally across all workflows.
If both exist, then edit the workflow and add the desired statuses back in, remove the undesired values and publish the workflow.
