Default Issue Type Screen Scheme for new Projects

Hi,

This seems to me to be the Issue Type Screen Scheme for new Projects has now changed to use a default selection, is this true?

Since we know that a few weeks ago it was defaulting to our prefered choice, and not the basic one built into pout of the box Jira.

Is there a setting for Default Issue Type Screen Scheme for new Projects? If so how do we set it?

Oh, it's a new feature of 6.2 that was rolled out silently!
