Default Issue Type Scheme is Missing Existing Issue Types

My Default Issue Type Scheme is missing several of my issue types, which means every project must be assigned to a custom scheme.

We are using Jira Cloud

We have the following Issue Types in the project

However, only these issue types show in Default Issue Type Scheme:

Things I have tried:

-Reset Button in Default Issue Type Scheme (nothing changed)

-Adding a new TEST issue type, it was added to Default Issue Type Scheme successfully.
