Dear Jira Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inform you that the following Jira ticket is currently inaccessible:
https://nlosa.atlassian.net/browse/DEM-4051

This ticket is critical to ongoing work within the NLO platform, and we kindly request that you investigate and resolve the issue at your earliest convenience, as the delay is affecting our workflow.

Thank you for your prompt attention and support.

Best regards,
Abdulrahman Ahmed Aljuba

Hello @AAlJubair

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

This is a user community, not the method for opening a support case directly with Atlassian.

If you describe the problem you are encountering we may be able to offer you advice on how to resolve it, though.

When you try to access that issue, what happens? Do you get a message? If so, what is the message?

Have you ever been able to access that issue before?

Can you access other issues in the same project?

What is your level of access in this environment? Are you an Organization Administrator? Are you a Jira Product Administrator? Are you granted Administer Projects permission for the specific project that contains the issue?

If you still want to contact Atlassian Support directly about this, and administrator for your Organization or Jira Product should be able to open a support ticket at

https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

...if you are paying for your Jira product. If you are using a Free subscription that does not include the ability to get support from Atlassian.
