Deadlock Issue

Hi Team,

We are currently facing frequent deadlock issues during status transitions in our system. After analysis, we have identified that the issue appears to be caused by the PII plugin.

We have attached the relevant error logs for your reference. Based on our observations, this deadlock occurs consistently when transitioning statuses, and as a result, all automation webhooks are failing.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue or a known bug related to the PII plugin? We would also appreciate guidance on any available fixes, workarounds, or configuration changes to mitigate this problem.

This issue is a critical blocker for our cloud migration, so we would appreciate your help in prioritizing this request.

There are no log attached to this post.

But as this seems to relate to a 3rd party app from a vendor on the Atlassian Marketplace, raise your issue on this at their support portal.

The communtity is here to help other users, but issues relating to specific apps or instance, should be raise at the app vendor or Atlassian Support
