Deactivated Workspace

Johannes Lienbacher November 22, 2025

Hi everyone,

I recently got a mail with the following content:
"We haven't seen you use your Jira app, on xxxx.atlassian.net , for a while so we wanted to check in. If you do not start using your app, it will be deactivated on XXXX-XX-XX. This will not affect other apps that you are actively using."

I did not properly read the mail and missed the date. Since it is stated in the mail that it is "deactivated" I suppose you are able to reactivate it as well. How can I do so?

Thanks

Deactivation usually doesn’t mean deletion. Just log in to your site (xxxx.atlassian.net), head to Settings → Apps, and look for the app—it might already have a “Reactivate” button. If not, check your admin console at admin.atlassian.com under Billing → Subscriptions; sometimes you just need to confirm you still want it. And if it’s fully gone from the UI, don’t panic Atlassian support can usually restore access quickly if you reach out with your site URL and the app details.
