Dear all,

I recently noticed that my Jira site (dunja.atlassian.net) was deactivated due to an extended period of inactivity. I received an email notification about this in August 2025 stating that the product had been deactivated and that the associated data would be permanently deleted soon.

I would like to ask whether it is still possible to reactivate my Jira site and restore all associated data. The data stored in this Jira instance is important to me, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could check whether recovery or reactivation is still possible.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Dunja

Just had the same thing happen.  I had logged in several time today and even looked at bugs.

Your Jira Cloud subscription has been deactivated due to inactivity, and the data will be permanently deleted soon.

Of course, the contact us won't let me contact them unless I have a paid account.

Oh no... the thing is I have been constantly using my account and project on Jira. I don't get why they deactivated it due to inactivity and that was also the reason why I ignored their mail.

Once an instance is deactivated Atlassian retains the data for another 120 days after the deactivation. So you would be way past being able to get that restored unfortunately.

Thank you for your reply! The thing is I have constantly been using my account and project on Jira. That was also the reason why I ignored their mail and I don't get why they deactivated it due to inactivity since I used it a lot.
