When exporting issues, the timezone of date type custom fields is changed to Greenwich Mean Time. The JIRA user's time zone setting is Tokyo. The timezone is correctly exported for system fields such as creation date. Please let me know if there is a workaround. However, I believe this is clearly a bug and would like Atlassian to fix it.
