Data Governance - Ad Hoc Request

I keep trying to submit a Data Governance Ad Hoc Request but the below error keeps showing up.

Has anyone run into this issue? Its asking to populate a field that is not in the ticket  (SBU - Marketplace field to populate)

Welcome to the community.

That message would be due to the configuration of the Jira instance that you are accessing. The Administrators of that instance have made that field required for that project/issueType. You will need to contact the administrators of that Jira instance to address the issue. If you don't know who that is, you can try reaching out to the Project Administrator for the DATASG project. You can find out who that is by going to the Projects > View All Projects screen.

We are a community of users of many Jira instances. We are not necessarily using the same Jira instance as you, so we are not accessing the same projects.
