Dashboard with calendar gadget

Mikhail Puzhay-Chereda March 6, 2019

Hello!

I am looking for plugin, which can help me to resolve this problem:

I have a task (for example, change switch in data center, or change link in a switch, etc.), that have a field with a time, when this task should start implementing (Date and time).

I want, that If the time comes to the beginning of work (maybe 24 hours before work or some programming difference in time), that task should appear in dashboard of employ, which is assigned to this work.

Or it maybe be just a calendar, that should highlight this date.

Thank you!

1. Create a Date and Time type fo custom field

2. Add this field to your project (using screen) and start updating it for each assignee who will be doing the job

3. Create a filter to show approaching issues based on the date and time field and currentuser()

4. Display filter result on a common dashboard

So when users who are supposed to do those tasks open their dashboard they will see any upcoming tasks.

I don't quite understand what filter you are talking about.  Could you answer in more detail?

Edit:

I found. It was hidden so hard, that it looks like, that somebody wanted to nobody have found it
