I have 2 questions.
1. I have a dashboard (screenshot below) and have been trying to get the charts to line up (see the blue line on the chart on left is higher than on right) but every time I lower it, it just pops back up -- it doesn't seem to allow any gaps between these charts. It would be easier on the eyes to see these charts be positioned equally. Is this not possible?
2. On this dashboard, we're trying to see the work done by our team. We currently have a chart that shows tickets that started in March and another chart showing Tickets completed in March. Is it possible to show tickets that have continued to be worked on throughout the month? What I mean is a ticket, for example, that started in January but the work continues over the course of several months, how do I see the hours the team has done? On the individual tickets, it doesn't seem to allow that level of depth, so hoping to get confirmation on that or see how we can in fact get to this granular level.

1. Unfortunately, Jira does not support adjusting the spacing between gadgets. If you want these gadgets aligned, I recommend placing them on the first row of the dashboard.
2. For this use case, you need a gadget capable of processing worklogs. I’m not aware of any native Jira gadgets that provide this functionality, so you will likely need a plugin from the Atlassian Marketplace.
If you’d like to try a plugin, I recommend the Worklog Reports & Timesheets gadget available in the advanced edition of our Great Gadgets app.
With this gadget, you can easily summarize the work logged by your team over past months. It is very flexible and can provide both high-level overviews and very granular details (down to the ticket level), depending on how you configure it.

Hi @Whitney Stambler

1. Chart alignment on the dashboard
In Jira Gadgets don’t have fixed heights, they expand based on their content (legends, filters, titles), and Jira doesn’t give you control over spacing or precise alignment between columns.
As a solution, you can keep both charts configured as similarly as possible (same legend settings, same fields), and reduce extra elements like long titles or legends.
But overall, pixel-perfect alignment isn’t really supported out of the box.
2. Showing “work done during the month.”
Before jumping into how to build this, I’d clarify one thing — what does “work done” mean for your team?

Thank you for the suggestions!
Work done is anything that they have done on a ticket as far as spending hours on it whether that is migration work, merges, testing, etc.
