Hi,
I want to create a dashboard in jira cloud, and i want to schedule it to sent a mail every week with the dashboard, it is possible?
BR.,
David.
Hi @David Pleşu
Welcome to the community!
You must have permission to the manage the dashboard to set up subscriptions.
Schedule dashboard subscriptions to automatically send an email containing a PDF copy or CSV files of the dashboard. You can schedule as many subscriptions as you’d like.
Hope this doc will help you : https://support.atlassian.com/analytics/docs/set-up-dashboard-subscriptions/

@David Pleşu Looks like you want to subscribe board description which is not possible.
You can use filter subscription in this case for dashboard subscription as a workaround but if you are looking for whole dashboard subscription view then there is a feature request open for this : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-15260
You can watch and vote for further updates and hope it will implement soon!

Hi David,
No you can't send the dashboard itself, though there might be some third party apps that can do that. But you can create an automation rule that sends a link to the dashboard to the users.
