Hello,

when I try to add any of our custom fields to Filter gadget or Assign to me gadget – after saving field is not shown and just disappears from the added field list.

I have checked all the settings according to this answer, but it had no impact on this weird behaviour.

Is there anything else what can block custom field to be added to dashboard?

is it a new custom field?
when I create new fields (on jira server) i have to do a manual re-index. maybe you can try this.

can you check the log files after you tried to insert the filed into the filter?
maybe there is some error message.

Alexander, Thanks for the prompt advice – we've just migrated to Cloud and this is one of several after migration issues. The fields were originally created on our Server instance and passed trough migration tool to Cloud.

Due to the Cloud limitations I can't see any sys logs files (only audit). Unfortunately I don't see option to manually re-index in Cloud instance either (maybe I can enforce re-index by changing indexing language to another and back).
