Daily back up and restore stategy

Hello,

I would like to know whetehr there is any possibility to restore system ?

Is there any automatic record of the solution in case of any issue?

How can we ask for data recovery?

Atlassian back up the systems for themselves in case of a disaster, but these backups are not suitable for anything other than getting Cloud back en-masse and hence there's no restoration options for the end user.
